Policy and Privacy

The Association has not adopted a privacy policy, and this page is not one. It simply explains, in plain terms, how this website handles information — because the old version of this site linked here without ever saying what was behind the link.

• No tracking, no cookies, no accounts

  This site loads no advertising or analytics scripts, sets no tracking cookies, and has no sign-in. Every page except the contact form is a static page — nothing you read here is recorded or reported to anyone.

• Documents and the map are served directly

  PDF downloads are plain files. Opening one does not create an account, a subscription, or a record of who you are. The only information the site itself transmits is what a browser normally sends when it requests a file.

• Messages sent through the contact form

  The form on the Contact Us page forwards what you type to the HOA officers, the same as an email would. The site keeps no database of submissions. It is not an official channel of record — anything formal (a records request, a covenant matter, a dues dispute) should go to an officer directly, in writing.

• Your own information, your own choice

  Nothing on this site asks for personal information except the optional contact form. Use a phone call or your own email account instead if you would rather not type anything into the form.
